The 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Professional Golfers’ Association will be held on:

All Members are invited to attend, however, as defined in the By-Laws, only Voting Class "A" Members of the Association may vote.
Voting will take place in two ways:
a) by personal attendance at the meeting; OR
b) by proxy () which, in order to be valid under the By-Laws, must be received by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday March 19, 2010
